Rudest people i have ever met !
Yesterday i went in to buy some things for my toddler, including buns but to my dismay, the girl at the cashier told me that there was no more. well funny enough, when the guy behind me asked the person at the back she asked in a whisper " how many ?" He said 6 and 6 HE GOT !! If you are going to treat your costumers in such a disrespectful way, please do it after they have left your establishment. That's why i will never put my feet in that bakery again and if you ask me they don't compare to Nova Era, Caldense or Padaria Brasil.
Get some manners !
Actually, I had the opposite experience. The owners are very friendly, accommodating people. You must have just had a bad experience with one employee.
The food at Lisboa is excellent, their primary focus is the bakery hence they will always have baked goods, they have a very small section dedicated to Chicken, potatoes and other portuguese dishes. Because of the size of the area that they sell things like chicken, potatoes, fish etc is not that large they tend to sell out of that food, fast. I would recommend calling them a head of time to ensure you can get the items your after. Keep this in mind as they may be sold out if your just coming in off the street. Most people who visit this store know this small fact and everyone calls a head, after all the food is fantastic and you wouldnt want to miss out.
i like their bakery the only upsetting this is that they got rid of their GREAT CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD
I have been a client of Lisboa Bakery for many years. Not only do I live in the area but also work in the area. I have referred many people from work to them and they are very pleased with the quality of the food... pasteries and so on. They have a small hot table with fresh meals that is great. My favorite is the veal and patatoes!!! But all the food is great and feels like you are having a home cooked meal. Staff is always friendly. Sandra
This is my favorite bakery in town! Love their chicken meals and custard tarts!
